Cuong was our third OV to work at Phuoc Loc Housekeeper Training program. His easygoing manner was appreciated by his students and colleagues. Cuong's positive experience prompted him to extend his work in Vietnam for another six months. About his time in Vietnam, Cuong says: ``I'm immensely humbled by what I have seen and heard ... It is not the gift that counts but it’s the giving. Even though I have never been a teacher before, and despite it being extremely nerve-wracking standing in front of a class, I have given my all and pulled through it.''
